How do I delete a folder on my email? Under "My Folders" not Folders w/ inbox, Sent, etc?

it wont allow you to delete the whole folder if it has a mail inside. You have to empty the whole folder before you can delete. Click Edit at the top part of the Inbox link. On My Folders, click Delete.

If you're using the "New Mail"---just right click on the folder and in the drop menu--choose delete.





With "Classic Mail"---above the inbox are the links {add--edit}. Click edit and a page opens with all your folders listed where you can either "rename or delete".





In either case---folders must be emptied.
