On your Yahoo mail, bulk mail goes to the Trash folder unless you empty the trash folder before the time limit runs out, i.e., 1 month or a different time spam. Go to the Trash folder and Move it to the Inbox.
Reply:According to Yahoo Help, emails deleted from any folder will go to the Trash folder EXCEPT from the Bulk folder. Emails deleted from Bulk folder are gone immediately, bypassing the Trash folder altogether.

Compress the files into a .zip file. If you click 'file', 'new' then 'Compressed (zipped) Folder' in My Documents or the location of your choice, you can then send that file as one item.

You will have to download and install a zipping program that will compress the photos into one file.
A good program can also turn the zip file into a self extracting file, that only needs to be double clicked on at the receivers end to automatically extract the files back to the original form.

Keep in mind that all email programs have a limit to how large a file you can send, and that the email program at the other end may have a smaller limit. You may have to send several files with some of the photos in each. It will depend on how small they can be compressed by the zipping program.

it wont allow you to delete the whole folder if it has a mail inside. You have to empty the whole folder before you can delete. Click Edit at the top part of the Inbox link. On My Folders, click Delete.

I want to save email messages into a folder, into my personal folder in windows is this possible?
This saving emails is new to me, and I need to save some very important emails. I've created several folder names on the sidebar, but I am unable to transfer the emails into the folders. It keep saying folder is empty. It would be even better if the emails could be saved into a created folder in my documents on windows.

Yes you can do both
When you want to save the email on a folder in Yahoo mail, if the mail is open,
-Click on the arrow on the 'move' button for a drop down list,
-There select the folder you want to move the email to.
-If the email is unopened, then check the box next to it %26amp; continue with the above steps.
-Yahoo should move that mail automatically.
Saving an email to your computer is easy, assuming you are using Internet Explorer.
-Open the email
-On your tool bar, click on 'File'
-On the drop down, click 'save as'
-A pop up box will appear, click the arrow next to the search box for a drop down
-Select the folder you want the mail to go to
-Name the email on the bottom
-Click Save %26amp; you're done
I have found that I often forget where I put the email, so you may want to create a folder on your desktop first as your personal folder, then you always know where it is.
-Right click on an empty space on your desktop
-On the pop up box, hoover over 'New' to 'Folder'

Is it possible to send a folder with several pictures through an email without sending each file individually?
hotmail has a 10mb attachment limit and it takes forever to send each file individually.....is there a certain program available to purchase or free that could send an entire folder with hundreds of pictures instantly?
Since they're jpg format, they don't get compressed as much as i'd like them to!

I was awaiting for an urgent response email for a week and today (May 26, 2007), I checked my bulk folder and then immediately made it empty without taking a careful look. However, at one glance, I saw the response email (subjected with "Re: Status of my paper submitted to IEEE ToMC") in the bulk folder, and when I clicked it, I noticed that the email has been erased from my account. As this email is very urgent for me, I want to know if there is any way that I can recover the erased email.

Instead of filtering it, why don't you just mark it as Spam? This will put a block against the address so that emails from that address never reach your inbox again.

Add the address the Email came from to your yahoo list of addresses. You can do this by clicking on the "Add to Address Book" link on the "From" section of the Email that you received. There is a filter, with 3 settings if it is on the highest if it even detects spam it won't come to you at all, if it is on the middle setting it will send anything that it thinks is spam to your bulk (probably what it is on now) and if you put it on the lowest it will send everything to your inbox, but will put a sign next to anything that it thought was spam. You won't get anything in your bulk though. So, it kinda depends on what setting it is on and what setting you want it to be on. :)

Once you have emptied a folder, you can delete it by doing the following:
Click the "Folders" link on the left navigation bar.
On the Folders screen, find the folder you would like to delete and click the "Delete" link located to the right of the folder name.
The name of the folder will then disappear from the list of folders.

If you using yahoo mail then you need to look for Add- Edit buttons on a left hand side of the page where you see says Inbox, Sent, Draft, etc. Click on Edit and it will show you what folders you have and give you options of whether you want to delete it or edit it or add some stuff.

In VIEW, change your encoding to Japanese (you may have to go to MORE.) You don't have to keep it in this encoding all the time, but if you want to read the e-mail again, change the encoding back to Japanese.

You can't email an actual folder. The closest you can get is to zip up all the files into a single zip file using WinZip or a free ziping program such as zipgenius.

With yahoo open to your account. Go directly to the file, right click, select e-mail with yahoo. A new window will open, if not in the browse box, copy it from above and paste in the browse window. Go up and click attach files. When it is ready it will say "Continue to message" Click and then add the address you wish to send it to. Pictures will also work this way.

With yahoo open to your account. Go directly to the file, right click, select e-mail with yahoo. A new window will open, if not in the browse box, copy it from above and paste in the browse window. Go up and click attach files. When it is ready it will say "Continue to message" Click and then add the address you wish to send it to. Pictures will also work this way.

Click it as Not Spam and Yahoo will remember that.

Therefore it doesn't know your e-mail address and it will automatically go into the spam folder.
To fix this, all you have to do is add yourself as a contact.

In outlook 2007, how do I set it up so I can choose which folder to save an email I am sending as I send it?
I used to use lotus notes. In LN I could send%26amp;save which allowed me to select which folder to save a sent email to as I sent it. Outlook only seems to save everything to the sent folder. Is there a way I can use it like in Lotus Notes?

You would need a spam filter which analyses the content of your mails.
Check Mailwasher, it helps to eliminate spam from your inbox...
Set up your email account(s) in MailWasher and hit the "Check Mail" button. It then downloads all new message headers and displays message details alongside each one (priority, subject, from, to, etc.). Any email that MailWasher considers to be spam is highlighted for easy sorting.
Two checkboxes are located next to each message header: "Delete" and "Bounce". If you click "Delete" the email will be marked for deletion, click "Bounce" and the mail will be marked for bouncing - a fake "address not found" email will be sent to the sender. Once you have decided what to bounce and delete, click "Process Mail" to get it done and your mail client launched for downloading all accepted emails.
MailWasher has a "blacklist" and a "friends list" to enter good and bad email addresses. Addresses in the blacklist are marked for deletion, and addresses in the friends list will be marked as okay. Filters can be set to increase MailWasher's effectiveness. You can have email addressed to "undisclosed recipients" automatically deleted and bounced for example.
Note: the program is free but limited to one email account, and doesn't include Hotmail support. MW Pro supports multiple mail accounts.
